Cecil Basco I was on a little day trip and needed to use the restroom, I had been told at Valaro he didnt have a working restroom and he was not very friendly so I stopped at y Shell the young man was taking out trash, asked me about my day very friendly, we talked about the weather , and then ask for bathroom key, he said its unlocked mam, wow. I decided to eat there since I was also hungry and the food looked great, the young lady was friendly as well, and they were busy, and the food was great, keep it up and THANKS

chelsie Dominick By far the worst bank I’ve ever done business with!! Refinanced our truck through them, not only did it take forever to be seen when we “had to go in to finish the documents due to them not having any other options to complete” the lady that helped us was by far the rudest banker that ever communicated with! THEN it took months to get the license plate! When it finally came in it went to the wrong office I had to coordinate getting it from across the lake! As if that wasn’t enough you have to open an account with them if financing anything through them… Now they have done this “update” to their WHOLE system! We revived zero notice about that!! Tried everything to get it to work which lead me to having to call (the steps provided on the website did NOT WORK) waited over 2 hours to speak to someone!! Y’all stay clear of this place!

Kailey Fortner Charlene was excellent in helping me procure a new loan today. She informed me at the end of our visit that she had only been here about a month. The way she worked and explained and executed her skills flawlessly I would have never known she was new if she didn’t tell me. I hope to see her here in the future as she made my visit today wonderful!
