The way she worked and explained and executed her skills flawlessly I would have never known she was new if she didn’t tell me. 5 /5 Morgan Witt: Great customer service and friendly employees. I dont care for unsolicited calls, but I had a pleasant experience with Tower. Wasnt interested in a loan, and mentioned so to Taylor, one of the representatives, who politely explained their policy and she agreed to check in at a much later date. In the age of the robo call, its hard to get some companies to respect a lack of interest. However, Tower Loan has a local staff that is accessible and offers friendly customer service from real individuals who are available to address all of your needs. Will definitely look to this company the next time I need to finance something! Theyve served me well when I was in need of their services, and also when I wasnt! Very happy customer
