1 /5 S S: We hired TONI to do our taxes and she handed them off to another girl that worked for her that had NO IDEA what she was doing. We are STILL waiting on taxes and a stimulus check from 2020 because of Toni’s unprofessional moves. If she had too much on her plate and couldn’t handle it HERSELF, we should have been given the option to have our taxes done by someone else, or at the least been TOLD that Toni HERSELF would not be doing our taxes. Instead, we were pushed off onto another obviously untrained employee who LIED to us on the day we went to pay Toni for our taxes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this business. You will be sitting on hold for months and you will NOT be happy with the outcome. Learn from my mistakes and take your money down the road to H&R Block. I promise, you’ll have a much better outcome.

They are efficient, polite, friendly and never make me feel like my questions are silly (which most of the time they are). I adore Toni and her staff and am so glad to have found this hidden gem of a business. Her services rival that of the large accounting firms but without the hassle and fees. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Roland Caryn: I have been using Toni Ladnier CPA for almost 12 years now. We started off using her for our business, now she does our business and personal monthly books + our familys taxes. I cant imagine using anyone else. We used a big, corporate company in the very beginning, but it was too hard to communicate and get information, so we switched to Toni. Toni and her staff are so wonderful. They are professional, friendly, helpful, eager and always so quick to reply. I realize we are one of many clients Toni and her team service (and we are a small business), but they always make me feel like Im their favorite and most important client. During the years, Toni has advised us personally and professionally in ways which have saved us thousands of dollars. Our PPP paperwork was one of the first to be submitted because Toni and her staff worked all weekend to prepare documents for the ever-changing requirements. I just cant say enough good about Toni and her business. I trust them wholeheartedly and am so appreciative of the outstanding job they do every day!
