Ryan Brown Terrible customer service. Used the ATM and needed smaller bills. Clerk said she can’t assist in any way if I didn’t have an account. I definitely won’t be getting an account or referring anyone to this financial institution.

Ray Wise Staff was outstanding I helping me with the loan, Friendly and very courtesy

Teirsen Archon Mrs. Archangel was so professional, and patient with me. I did not have to wait long for the process to begin. I also love that I did not have to wonder when I would receive anything. The company sends out a text the week of, letting you know the exact date. I would definitely recommend Doucet Financial to friends and families. I have not met everyone, but I can say that typically how a person act in a business is a direct reflection of the leader, and what they are allowed to do. This makes me think that everyone in the company is working in excellence, and that their is a high standard!

Amelina Taylor Incorrect address. They are across from Hi-Hos and carters. Other than that the staff is amazing and supper helpful! They are also extremely friendly! I recommend Laundry to anyone who is opening an account he is very knowledgeable and friendly!
