5 /5 Nathan Stricklen: Clean, mostly non smoking!! Smoking section closed off from the rest of the building. Makes it nice not to smell it every where. Won money, had good time.

4 /5 Tina: The Philly cheesesteak nachos were really good, and the Hennessey Blackberry margarita. The frog legs were crispy and delicious. I didnt really like the shrimp and grits. I think it was the beer infused sauce I didnt like.

5 /5 Alise Burgess: Great atmosphere! Friendly & Professional staff. Their promotions are exciting and their entertainment gives the community a variety, but ultimately, it’s a one size fits all! 2 /5 Jayda Mason: I play a lot and I don’t receive gift wine gift cards nothing. I’m only offered $10 a week free play. I’m not a happy camper will have to play elsewhere. Also the 1717 restaurant has the worst food and menu. It’s not what we are accustomed to. After spending 2 to three thousand dollars I would like to have better options

1 /5 Aisha Watts: Normally my experience is great at The Queen. However, my most recent visit was unacceptable. I was having a great evening plying the machines I wanted until this lady kept standing over me watching me play and completely violating my personal space. She is known for hounding men who play and have money as she asks for money all the time. However this night she was drunk and out of control. I contacting security 4 separate times and even got the supervisor involved twice. They never made her leave us alone and she kept coming back. So we politely asked her to stop watching us and she got belligerent and started yelling as she did with the security but this time she pushed me and an altercation ensued. Totally uncalled for and should have been avoided had the security made her leave us alone the first 3 times they were called but they didn’t. So a fight erupted with her at the center. How can anyone feel safe or comfortable spending money trying to have a good time with vultures all around watching and waiting for you to win so they can beg for money!?! People like this should not be allowed in casinos period and security should have done their job before this ever escalated to this point. THE QUEEN gotta do better! Too many other casinos around to entertain this type of riffraff.
