They are friendly and will help you with any questions you might have, and will laugh with you, yet keep their professionalism on point. Great team and energy from the awesome people there

3 /5 tdwag85: Rooms were nice. Casino was not very lively. No in-casino entertainment at bars. Rather dull. Floating lazy river was broken the entire time we were there. Swimming pool was dirty, clogged skimmers that guests had to clean out. Bottom edges of bottom of pool had green algae. Golf course was good, but greens were too long and slow compared to Golden Nugget course. Restaurant selection was not as good as next door at Golden Nugget.

4 /5 Barbara Ferdinand: Our room was very comfortable and in a good location with a great view. Room was clean upon arrival. The problem I had is that the room was not serviced during our 4 night stay. After the first night we had to chase down the housekeeping staff to get fresh towels, toilet tissue, other tissue, and to empty our trash cans so that the room did not smell of food. Guest services and Housekeeping rarely answered.

5 /5 Sam King: I drive to here every couple weeks from San Antonio, I love the casino, I love the hotel, the staff are amazing and support friendly. I always have so much fun when I visit. I even got friends and family hooked and they are all happy and satisfied. The black jack tables are fun and ask the dealers, ALL THE DEALERS ARE FRIENDLY AND FUN. Didnt have not one single issue with the hotel or the casino. So THANK YOU SO MUCH! Forgot to say all be there tomorrow, staying two nights :)

3 /5 Chan RT: We arrived at 4 PM on Monday and, although the line was long, it moved fairly quickly. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our room, especially the view overlooking the lake and the pool. While we didn’t have any luck playing the slots, the waitress and the staff member who issued our players card were both so kind and welcoming that they made the experience enjoyable regardless. We stayed for two nights, unfortunately, we were never informed that housekeeping services were only available upon request. I even checked the hotel’s website and my reservation details, but found no mention of this policy. It would have been helpful if the front desk had mentioned it at check-in. After going out for breakfast and returning to find the room untouched, we went back out for lunch and slots, returning around 7 PM to the same situation. I called the front desk repeatedly for over 30 minutes with no answer. When someone finally picked up, I was told that housekeeping only comes if requested. In my experience with other hotel chains, this information is either stated clearly online or communicated during check-in. This lack of transparency was disappointing and really affected our overall stay. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. It’s now almost 8:30 PM and housekeeping still hasn’t shown up. If you plan to stay here, be sure to request housekeeping in advance if you want it.
