3 /5 Chan RT: We arrived at 4 PM on Monday and, although the line was long, it moved fairly quickly. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our room, especially the view overlooking the lake and the pool.
While we didn’t have any luck playing the slots, the waitress and the staff member who issued our players card were both so kind and welcoming that they made the experience enjoyable regardless.
We stayed for two nights, unfortunately, we were never informed that housekeeping services were only available upon request. I even checked the hotel’s website and my reservation details, but found no mention of this policy. It would have been helpful if the front desk had mentioned it at check-in.
After going out for breakfast and returning to find the room untouched, we went back out for lunch and slots, returning around 7 PM to the same situation. I called the front desk repeatedly for over 30 minutes with no answer. When someone finally picked up, I was told that housekeeping only comes if requested.
In my experience with other hotel chains, this information is either stated clearly online or communicated during check-in. This lack of transparency was disappointing and really affected our overall stay. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
It’s now almost 8:30 PM and housekeeping still hasn’t shown up. If you plan to stay here, be sure to request housekeeping in advance if you want it.
