The staff is very responsive and eager to assist, not only from the sales end but from the service end as well. I love that we can pick up the phone to call Cody & his team to get an immediate answer rather than calling a 1-800 # & being passed around by an automated system. Their insurance tracking platform is easy to navigate, the VSI coverage is top-notch, and the GAP insurance application process is easy peasy! We have had to make a few insurance claims over the years and it was hassle free. I highly recommend TEJ for all your insurance tracking and force placement needs!
