Ms. Charlene has taken care of me for the past 17mo.
If I may express my gratitude I would begin by saying Thank you.
My with my provider was one that would allow one to its integrity. but then there is Charlene Kuntz.
Ms. Kuntz did not write a policy and forget about me. Charlene told me call if i need anything and or if she could assist with anything she would and she did. There were some challenges and inconsistencies in my opinion when dealing with my insurance needs and Ms. Charlene took time out of her busy schedule to intercede on my behalf.
When the Hurricanes of 2020 hit in my area, Charlene called me not only to refresh my knowledge of my policy details but also called on the weekend after literally the next 2 days to check on my and my families welfare.
Eventhough an agent does not interfere with claims, I was ignorant to some contractual language and was not receiving in my opinion a personal experience from my provider and once again there were Charlene. What i can say without airing out the gory details of my experience is There were Charlene. Ms. Kuntz represented me, and when she spoke i received results. A matter that was being dragged along for 3 mo. was settled within 10 min after i spoke with Ms. Kuntz. That was not the first time Charlene came to my avail. I just want you all to know cant everybody have my agent its just one her, but we need more people like Charlene Kuntz, the professional. the lady with integrity, the problem solver and just and all around good person i am proud to have handling my personal business!
