Lynn H This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with an insurance agency. From the person who answered the phone to the person I got transferred to. They made small talk with me about my day and my upcoming vacation while they were waiting for their system to upload my request. Told me I would have the information the next day and I did NOT have to follow up with them. Just as promised, it was sent to me in a timely manner. In a day and age where customer service is severely lacking, it was an absolute pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them to complete my request. Great great GREAT job! Blake was able to not only save me a few thousand dollars on my homeowners insurance he was also able to get my cars with a new insurance and save me money there as well. I introduced my daughter who has a sports car and he was able to get her covered for almost half of what she was paying for the same coverage. I introduced my mom and they were able to save her money as well on her homeowners insurance saved her several thousand dollars as well.
