David Nusbaum I walked into Bass Fine Jewelry in December 2024 to see if they could create a piece of custom jewelry for my son Sion. I was greeted by Victoria Ochill and she took great care of everything. She made a 3-D image of the item to show me what it would look like, and then had no problem making small changes until it was perfect. The finished piece was beautiful and I knew my son was going to be thrilled. He was completely surprised that I took his idea and had it made into a necklace charm. Kk Lions Wonderful husband and wife team. My now husband went in to pick out a ring and the team was very helpful. He said that they ordered the one that he wanted and the diamonds and he was able to go back and pick out the particular diamonds that he wanted With some guidance from the team! They suggested that he get insurance on it! Later, I went back to pick up the engagement ring. The husband was the one that was there, and pointed out that my ring came with a fitted band, which is exactly what I was looking for. He also did not make me pay for anything until the band came in and I made sure that I liked it. Went back to pick it up and it was absolutely perfect!
