5 /5 Eric Neuman: I went to Adler’s on a whim to see if they had a watch I was looking to purchase. They didn’t have the model in stock, but I wanted to pick up some OEM spring bars for my watch. I spoke with Adam for about half an hour about different brands of watches. He was more than happy to show me anything I wanted to see, and even volunteered to show me the workings of some of the more exclusive references they sold. He even sent me home with a Patek Philippe catalogue.
I’ve spent time at Lee Michaels looking around on multiple occasions. The salespeople there didn’t want to give me the time of day. Adam not only treated me with the utmost respect, but he even managed to remember the reference of my watch when the vendor needed more information for ordering my parts.
All in all, I give Adler’s a perfect 5/5 rating when it comes to customer service. If I had to give Adam a review of his own, it would be a 6/5. The man is welcoming, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to speak with. He’s a treasure. I look forward to dealing with him again in the future, as I know that he’ll see that all my needs are taken care of!
