jarvis marshall I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Progressive Insurance. They blatantly lied and falsely claimed that I signed up for their Snapshot program, which I never agreed to or authorized. Despite explaining this multiple times, both the customer service representative and the manager refused to listen or acknowledge my concerns. It’s clear that customer service isn’t valued at all — I felt dismissed, ignored, and outright brushed aside. Their entire approach feels like a complete disregard for their clients’ needs and honesty. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, forcing me to start the difficult and time-consuming process of finding a new insurance provider. The lack of accountability and transparency from Progressive has left me feeling frustrated and betrayed. It’s obvious that there’s some level of collusion or at least a systemic failure within their team, given how everyone seems to give the same dismissive attitude. I would strongly warn others to stay far away from Progressive Insurance, as they cannot be trusted and their customer service is utterly unhelpful. I am giving them zero stars for this experience — they have truly lost my trust and respect.

Erika Barrington Wonderful customer service. Micah and entire team are always very friendly and very easy to do business with. Micah always makes himself available to clients at all hours, for all questions or concerns, big or small. No question is too little or too involved for him to address directly in a timely manner. He is always upfront and honest about any changes that may affect a policy, and he offers alternative solutions on a case by case basis.

She gave me multiple quotes, and the most impressive part was when my current insurance ended up the cheapest, she was completely honest and upfront about it. Over the years, he’s helped us with everything from auto and recreational insurance to home and investment property coverage. What really stands out is his honesty and attention to detail. He always takes the time to walk us through our options and explain things clearly—no matter how many questions I have (and there are usually a lot!). On more than one occasion, he’s even recommended staying with another provider if it meant a better rate for us. That kind of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. Sean is consistently responsive, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. We feel lucky to have him in our corner.

Denise Arceneaux Kade Luke is the best! He & his staff are always ready to help us in our times of need in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida!!! We’ve had a few set backs after the storm but so far they are all being worked out. I’ve been with Allstate for 48 years.
