After paying off a vehicle I had financed here, Robert actually has been more of a friend than a lienholder. He has given me such advice and guided me through several issues that Ive came across .when it comes to my credit, and other financial burdens that were slid my way. I can always count on him to do his best at financing me, or at least giving me the facts on just how things really are. chelsie Dominick By far the worst bank I’ve ever done business with!! Refinanced our truck through them, not only did it take forever to be seen when we “had to go in to finish the documents due to them not having any other options to complete” the lady that helped us was by far the rudest banker that ever communicated with! THEN it took months to get the license plate! When it finally came in it went to the wrong office I had to coordinate getting it from across the lake! As if that wasn’t enough you have to open an account with them if financing anything through them… Now they have done this “update” to their WHOLE system! We revived zero notice about that!! Tried everything to get it to work which lead me to having to call (the steps provided on the website did NOT WORK) waited over 2 hours to speak to someone!! Y’all stay clear of this place!

You might as well go somewhere else they will get u financed paying almost double back and oh who wants a vehicle that has a device in it that they can turn on and off causing the car not to crank whenever they get ready!!! All of them lie to cover up each other lie from Ali, Latonja, and on down!!!
