1 /5 Kimberly Phelps: It is certainly an easy way to get a quick loan if you have no other options. I recommend trying any other way first. Make a title loan if you have no other option at all. The location I borrowed from was not welcoming at all. I wouldn’t say staff was rude but she was not friendly at all. I was misled about the repayment process. If you don’t pay it all back in one payment they are free and clear to collect your vehicle. The title is actually transferred to them until the loan is paid in full. If you default and they don’t get your vehicle then they garnish your wages which will be 25% of your check every payday until your loan, fees, interest rate, and court costs is satisfied. Be warned. The benefits do not outweigh the risks. And you have to deal with individuals that act like you owe them personally. They call you incessantly. They call all your references repeatedly. Its a nightmare.
