1 /5 Ashton SHIGIRAKI: Terrible service, I received a call from Tower Loans at 10:19 AM on August 6th, 2024. I missed the call and proceeded to call back twelve minutes later at 10:32 AM. The agent I spoke to was unnecessarily impatient after asking me did I have an account with them I told her I’m not sure and she abruptly hung up the phone in my face. Then when I proceeded to call back to further she was very rude and short with me, didn’t give me any explanation to any of my questions. I then asked to speak to a manager who was able to answer my simple questions in reference to the call. In which I was able to figure out why they called. (I am a reference for a family member) The agent that answers the phone is the first interaction you have with a company sometime and this company will never get my business, it says a lot about the type of company this is. Terrible company, the manager was knowledgeable, the agent needs more training in customer service though.
