5 /5 JOS JAN: Great service! I applied and was approved online instantly. Then I was able to upload all documents online, and they scheduled my closing at my convenience. Everything was ready to go when I arrived for my appointment, there was no waiting and I was in and out in 45 minutes ! My funds were direct deposited in my bank account the same day. Additionally, the entire staff was great, but my representative Derrick was amazing throughout the entire process!

1 /5 Shelly Loftin: I spoke to Jennifer who said my loan request of $7,600 for roof replacement was denied last week due to no April bank statement to verify paystubs. She understood that we couldnt get an April bank statement until today May 1. I emailed them the April bank statement and then called to speak to Jennifer, but the general manager Jamie Wing said, "Jennifer was on a call". So he looked up my loan request, he then said, "we was denied last week and we couldnt get a loan through them". I explained why it was denied and that Jennifer told us to call back when we got our April bank statement. He said, "I am the general manager and I am telling you that you cant get a loan from us". So I ended the call. Sucks for them because we always pay our bills on time or early.
