He goes out of his way to make sure I understand everything. He handles my house and auto insurance, and makes sure I get the best rates. K. J. Got in a car accident, someone hit me from behind, so my SUV had to be put in the shop and the company refused to give me a rental that was best for me which wouldve been another SUV. I feel like I shouldve been able to get a SUV because thats what I currently drive, and I drive a SUV for a reason, and to top it all off, Im a progressive customer as well as the person who hit me. This company does not care about their customers best interest. Theyre so nice and helpful when theyre giving you a quote but get in an accident and see just how helpful they are.
