1 /5 Jonathan Bishop: Business insurance with this agent for over 10 yrs. Went in to pay auto premium 7-10 days before end of current policy. Receptionist did not know how to except payment in full (1yr) for both vehicles . Once Randy came off vacation and schooled his employee. Paid by debit card and had issue with bank without prior authorization paying without calling and giving that authorization. Well this called my insurance to drop, which caused DMV to issue fine for both vehicles. Spoke with Randy to correct with no customer concern what so ever. Called Progressive and had issue settled. Seems they value their committed customers more than the agent that is suppose to look out for his customers. Highly reccomend Progressive Ins. But would definitely stay clear of Integrity in Livinvstom. Terrible customer service. Trying now to switch Agents so I know longer have to deal with this agent and keep current policy due too longevity of current policy.
