They blatantly lied and falsely claimed that I signed up for their Snapshot program, which I never agreed to or authorized. Despite explaining this multiple times, both the customer service representative and the manager refused to listen or acknowledge my concerns. It’s clear that customer service isn’t valued at all — I felt dismissed, ignored, and outright brushed aside. Their entire approach feels like a complete disregard for their clients’ needs and honesty. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, forcing me to start the difficult and time-consuming process of finding a new insurance provider. The lack of accountability and transparency from Progressive has left me feeling frustrated and betrayed. It’s obvious that there’s some level of collusion or at least a systemic failure within their team, given how everyone seems to give the same dismissive attitude. I would strongly warn others to stay far away from Progressive Insurance, as they cannot be trusted and their customer service is utterly unhelpful. I am giving them zero stars for this experience — they have truly lost my trust and respect.
