I now live in Texas and having dealt with bigger banks, let me say that having people answer the phone, help you with issues and actually know your name is amazing. I have encountered so many helpful people from the Mansfield branch and the Bert Kouns location. I have to spread the news that the "Community" is genuine.

Theresa Manuel Usually Stines is on the ball. This year however, I find them very unorganized. Scheduled an appointment o ly to call back 20 minutes later to reschedule. I show up for appointment & receptionist is the only one in. Rescheduled again. Finally dropped off paperwork & was.told 1 week & 3 weeks later I have to call to see whats going on. Show up for appointment to pick them up & receptionist had to look for them for about 5 minutes. Not happy this year, 1st time in about 10 years.
