1 /5 Curtis Cunningham: They do not take coins, even if you are a member. They try to direct you to the Jefferson Financial on the Expressway, but do not know how to give directions, as the only JF on the Westbank that will accept coins. When you get to the Expressway JF they charge members 5% of your deposit to deposit coins into your JF account! Really sad!

1 /5 Zoila Najar: Ill give a NEGATIVE STAR .. Unfortunately Ill be closing my account like the 9 others of my family I was really trying to keep this account. if I had a negative star I would give it. It could be a good bank but is very behind on technology, Zelle doesnt exist. And every problem you might have with trying to reset something calling is worthless, ATM is broken most of the time and theres only 1. The ONLY good thing with this bank is..it doesnt charge for monthly use fee like other banks do. But I think Ill rather pay and have access to civilisation and some technology thats provided by other banks. Sorry bank I gave it a try.
