1 /5 Mama Dukez 2: Mrs. Karen in customer service that is over my loan is an Amazing Person,she will work with you in anyway she can to help Im just grateful I called myself instead of trying to go through the dealership,I was able to get the help I needed Directly from the Source Myself give them a call and ask for Karen maybe she can help or direct you to the right person who can help I give them a 5 plus if I could. Need to up date this review after all said and done this same lady is now the reason that I have this same car on my credit as a negative after speaking with her about picking up the car after non payment I turned the car over to her now its reflecting like as if they has to chase me too get the car I dont know like I dont get it however after this she was no longer available
