Mama Dukez 2 Mrs. Karen in customer service that is over my loan is an Amazing Person,she will work with you in anyway she can to help Im just grateful I called myself instead of trying to go through the dealership,I was able to get the help I needed Directly from the Source Myself give them a call and ask for Karen maybe she can help or direct you to the right person who can help I give them a 5 plus if I could. Need to up date this review after all said and done this same lady is now the reason that I have this same car on my credit as a negative after speaking with her about picking up the car after non payment I turned the car over to her now its reflecting like as if they has to chase me too get the car I dont know like I dont get it however after this she was no longer available

Ryan Brown Terrible customer service. Used the ATM and needed smaller bills. Clerk said she can’t assist in any way if I didn’t have an account. I definitely won’t be getting an account or referring anyone to this financial institution.
