5 /5 jason clark: I wanted to leave a Review on Patrick Baylee. To say it was an easy experience is an understatement. After my mother passed to say it was an easy experience is an understatement. After my mother passed away and we had to pay For unexpected funeral expenses, I realized how important it is to have something set in place. Mr.Baylee help me understand everything that goes into this process. He probably stayed on the phone with me for an hour time after time answering every stupid question that I have to make sure that I was sure and comfortable with the whole process. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I recommend them to everyone And will continue to do so. Very simple, very fair pricing and lots of peace of mind that everything will be taken care of. Thank you, Northwestern mutual.

5 /5 Cee Gee: I came here with a family member to take care of some financial business. My family member had not made an appointment. The ladies working at the desk were very welcoming and said we should wait in the lobby until we could be seen. They offered us water and coffee. They were very kind. Shortly a young woman came out to help us. She brought us into an office with a beautiful view of the lake. She was very helpful and friendly. She helped my family member get his business done.

5 /5 New User: I wanted to leave my experience with David Girola. David was recommended to me by my dentist when I was asking about how she was preparing for retirement. She reached out to David for me and gave him my contact info. David contacted me about a week later and scheduled a phone call meeting for us to go over some details (his office is in Lake Charles while I live near Houston). I spoke with him yesterday and I am amazed at his customer service! Even though I was not a client of his, he spoke with me for over 30 minutes about my financial situation and how best to provide for my family for retirement. Due to the distance, he felt it would be better that I meet with one of his trusted friends with Northwestern Mutual in Houston, as its better to be able to meet with a financial advisor in person to discuss whats happening with your account. Bottom line is I felt he had my best interests at heart and wanted me to get the best help for my situation. He gave me a lot of good advice. 5/5 stars!
