1 /5 David Clague: The manger whoever he was truly disrespectful to me and towards his coworker she told me how he is always like that and just truly not a welcomeing spirit ! I shopped their a few times in just absurd prices with no room to work anything out like prime example they sell used item for new prices which Im not complaining but if I was trying to sell items I would at least hear what you had to offer !

1 /5 Christian Serigne: So I just returned a cell phone I bought two days ago. When I tried to activate the phone, I was informed by my wireless provider that the phone had been reported lost or stolen. I was able to get a refund on the phone at the pawn shop, but could not be refunded for the $15 insurance policy I bought on the phone. We were told the purpose in buying the insurance policy was for things like this. Maybe next time you should inform your customer that the insurance will guarantee them a refund in case you made a mistake.. You sold us a phone that had been reported lost/stolen and it cost me $15. My dad has been a pretty loyal customer to Cash America in Chalmette for almost 20 years and it was always my first choice when looking for refurbished tools and electronics. You lost all future business from both of us today. I had to give you 1 star just to post this but I definitely would have given you 0 had that been possible.

1 /5 Manuela Martinez: 09 11 24 day that the hurricane passes through Luciana and I went in search of a generator which I bought but they did not offer me even a days warranty, I needed it, I bought it, at that moment I was tray it for 5 seconds and it worked, fortunately the power did not go out, it was not necessary to use it, the next day before putting it away I tried to turn it on and nothing, I went to complain and they flatly refused to return my money.Try to sell them back and they told me no, it was no use, I was selling them the same shet they sold me and they didnt take it back, please dont buy nothing there , they sell pure garbage and they treat you with a very rude and disrespectful, and racist attitude.
