Marjorie Ambrose I have been with this company for three years. Before Ida, Danielle was always looking for the best price for homeowners insurance while also looking at a reputable company that could handle hurricane claims if such a need arose. Last year, she emphasized the cost of wood was going up, so I needed to increase coverage. The homeowners rate went up, but she emphasized I needed to accept the increase so that I would be fully covered. Well, Ida happened on August 29, 2021. Thankfully, I was fully insured. However, it is was what happened after Ida that will make me a Terrebonne Insurance Agency customer for life. I called Danielle, when the phones began working, and explained that a major expense--house lifting and leveling--was not being accepted or paid for. I also explained several other concerns I had about supplements from my insurance company. Danielle began calling my insurance company and talking to the agent. Later, Tammy took over the claims portion of the company, and she also began emailing and calling the insurance company agent as well--while always including me on the emails and calling me to keep me updated. I got the supplement I was seeking! I can now finish repairing my home! I cannot explain how thankful I am for Danielle and Tammys help with this claim. I have never had to file a claim of this size before--my house had to be gutted, lifted and leveled, and then fully repaired. While other people were calling lawyers, I called my insurance agents, and they worked for me, and were obviously very effective. Clearly, the agents at Terrebonne Insurance Agency truly care about their customers. It is not just something they say; it is a statement that they truly mean! Thank you Danielle and Tammy! You have a customer for life!

Saiyan Spirit Worst insurance company ever, I would never recommend this insurance company to no one, especially the one in Crowley Louisiana. All they do is lie they can never give you a straight answer with anything, they don’t tell you the reason why your insurance go up. They try to to feed you some crap of if you get life insurance it will drop it, yea let me tell you 12 dollars decrease is a lot, the amount you pay for life insurance sums up to the amount that you will save.You then try to cancel your insurance with them,they give you so much crap it’s not even funny. You can’t cancel your life insurance policy without the manager being there, mind you he always there, according to the associates working but never returns your calls. Great management work there, taking care of your customers. Guys please do not go with this insurance company they are a Scam and they don’t care as long as you are giving your money to them.

Jim Pledger’s State Farm delivers prompt service, no run-around, personable office staff, and agents who are willing to go the extra mile. I’d never dream of taking my business elsewhere!

pat fox I was a State Farm Customer for many years!!! Derrick Kennedy and his dad took care of me when Derrick”s dad was alive. After Derrick’s dad passed Derrick took up selling American National Insurance. I stayed with State Farm until I was treated like my policy didn’t mean anything to State Farm. I called Derrick and I talked to Derrick’s asst Karen. Karen has been with Derrick for a long time. Anyway, Derrick and Karen still believe in the old fashion quality of taking care of people. I was so thankful to get Derrick and Karen back as my insurance agents. I stil enjoy a smile, handshake and the best insurance without all of the cover ups in the policy!! If you want agents who are upfront and very knowledgeable on insurance policies. And, if you still like the old handshake and agents who stand up for you, I suggest you call Derrick and Karen!!!
