Lisa Bourgeois I really enjoyed shopping at David Pierson’s Designer Jewelry. I like family owned jewelry stores and this one is a gem. I enjoyed talking to the family and found just what I wanted. I wish I lived closer because I was visiting from the Houston Texas area. Stop by they have beautiful things.

Liz Shaw McCary’s is my favorite place to shop while visiting in Shreveport! Over the years I have had several pieces designed by Mr. McCary and Jeff. When I have my jewelry cleaned it seems I find something to buy! Beautiful, unique pieces!Lynn, Miles, Jeri and Lisa are amazing as well. Liz

Kk Lions Wonderful husband and wife team. My now husband went in to pick out a ring and the team was very helpful. He said that they ordered the one that he wanted and the diamonds and he was able to go back and pick out the particular diamonds that he wanted With some guidance from the team! They suggested that he get insurance on it! Later, I went back to pick up the engagement ring. The husband was the one that was there, and pointed out that my ring came with a fitted band, which is exactly what I was looking for. He also did not make me pay for anything until the band came in and I made sure that I liked it. Went back to pick it up and it was absolutely perfect!

He found the perfect diamond that met all of my parameters, and the pricing was excellent. I truly felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Lisa nagtalon This was one of my favorite places about New Orleans. The owner is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I found this shop looking for a place to get a charm for my pandora bracelet. After visiting Lalosh Silver I didnt even want the charm anymore. Me and my friends got custom rings that will give us the best memories of our trip. Lalo also made me the most beautiful necklace with my birthstone. I would recommend this shop to everyone visiting New Orleans. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Blake Dean Outstanding customer service and care. I went to 2 different watch repair buisness’s for a very simple service, the hand of my watch fell off the watch because I dropped it. I have a vintage omega that runs beautifully and I simply wanted the hand put back on, the prior shops said I need to replace part xyz and wouldn’t put on the hand(very simple) unless I fully restored it and pay an unholy amount of $. Keep in mind the watch ran great before the drop and still does. I came to Micheal’s and explained the situation, they took my watch to the back and in quite literally less than 5 minutes put on the hand free of charge because the job was simple & the other shops tried screwing me over. It was an incredible gesture and I will now give my business to Micheal’s, I’m not promoting that their services are free but I’m simply stating the customer service and care is excellent. I did not anticipate a free service and In fact I tried paying the shop but they refused. I will be purchasing jewelry exclusively from here now because Micheal’s care about serving there customers.
