Vanessa S We visit this place 2-3 times a year! The Paragon Casino has something for everyone of all ages. The rooms are reliably clean, the staff is always professional and kind. I have the best casino host Preston, he makes sure the red carpet is laid out for me and my family. Every morning we went for a walk through their beautiful park, we went to the movies as a family. We played bingo, and we did the virtual golf games. This place is a little off the beaten path, but we always enjoy our stay. Its worth the 5 hour drive.

Neil Bourque This has to be my favorite casino in town. I like the machines and the environment is always welcoming. The staff is alert and friendly. Everything is clean and comfortable. I usually leave with more than I come with.

James ONeill I have never been in a casino where so many members of staff seem genuinely happy to be there. I played a lot of poker and the dealers and floor staff were very friendly. I think one was called Alisha who was a breathe of fresh air to be around, super positive person. Even around the venue members of staff are dancing and two stepping to the music. What a joy to be around. We had booked Harrah’s and paid for upgrade to Caesars on arrival, excellent room, really modern and comfortable. French Quarter and outlets are within walking distance so my girlfriend was extremely pleased. Would definitely recommend staying in the hotel and playing cards here.

Shinji Hayashi Lenny was there, playing some fabulous tunes at Jazz Fest 2025—music and food everywhere! Such a memorable moment. The 2026 date got locked in just the day before. Now I’m curious about the Monterey Jazz Fest in September… but honestly, I really hope to come back here again.

Keep it up....definitely plan to spend more time there on our next trip. My sister is gonna love it, when we bring her. Cant wait to explore the rest of the facility.
