1 /5 David Ducote: NO. The hotel here sucks. Outdated, dirty, and lousy janitorial service. We get in our room and there is no shampoo, or body wash and one bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. Someone brought them up later, but that was unacceptable. Then we have to dispose of two large roaches running around the room. The breakfast buffet was a joke. $14 for the same breakfast you get at any chain hotel in the country. This hotel has zero customer service and are only in it for the money. Its trash and a huge waste of money.

4 /5 Marnell Alexander: Rooms are clean but the bathroom area could use more attention. My commode didn’t smell the best. However I love their table games (blackjack)! Still gives you a fighting chance with the 2 decks! Plus they will feed you well. One of my favorite places to go

5 /5 Vanessa S: We visit this place 2-3 times a year! The Paragon Casino has something for everyone of all ages. The rooms are reliably clean, the staff is always professional and kind. I have the best casino host Preston, he makes sure the red carpet is laid out for me and my family. Every morning we went for a walk through their beautiful park, we went to the movies as a family. We played bingo, and we did the virtual golf games. This place is a little off the beaten path, but we always enjoy our stay. Its worth the 5 hour drive.

1 /5 DENA PATTERSON: Today was my son’s 23rd birthday so went to the casino and wanted to watch the movie. we got to the movie theater at 8:28 as the movie started at 8:30. We get there and there’s a young girl who greet us with nothing but attitude. Telling us that the movie started already but then double back and say it’s the trailer playing. Then tell us the popcorn machine is turned off, I run a business and I don’t closed down until it’s my time too not when I’m ready to go home. I would’ve gave my customers some popcorn but maybe that’s just me. You can see her demeanor was she didn’t want us there and was ready to go which is reasonable as she probably had a long day but that’s not the way to handle business. Gave us every reason to not buy tickets and we didn’t. Not because the reasons she gave us, but the way she acted towards us. Very inappropriate if you ask me. Attitude goes a long way in this world and now paragon left a bad taste in my mouth

4 /5 Collins: Beautiful casino and lots of amenities, however getting a drink while playing is almost impossible. Most the tables were closed on a Saturday. The poker room is no bigger than a broom closet. Now good price on the buffet and just a cool place to look around. Place has a bunch of potential just the day I was there i was not real impressed. I wanted to play some table games but since only a couple were open they were all full. I ended up not gambling accept a little slot machine for giggles and we left. We did not get a room so I couldnt rate those.
