Ms. LeBouef, diligently worked with me and also my former insurance company’s representatives and was not only extremely kind and patient but was extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of the new State Farm policy I purchased.She made me feel valued, not just as a customer but also as a person. And although I only heard her voice and didn’t see her face over the phone, each time we spoke I could “feel” the smile on her face. She was pleased to be helping me. MVT do not trust this company, they are not trustworthy and all theyre doing is after your money, they will make any claims as hard as possible when it comes time and try their best to not pay out
