5 /5 Garner Calhoun: I discovered this service when I had car trouble and needed transportation. I was so glad they were available! The vehicles are clean and comfortable and the drivers are courteous and professional. I did not need the service for medical transport, but I observed how helpful the drivers were with riders who needed them for such. They were always on time and drove in a safe manner. I also observed they provided reliable and dependable transportation for individuals who needed to get to and from their jobs. Truly a Godsend I am sure!
Now, I call them when I need to drop my car off for service. I make the auto shop my pickup point and my home or the public library my drop off point. Yes. I have friends who would gladly pick me up and drop me off. But Ive been independent all of my adult life, and Help Transportation allows me to maintain that independence ....and at my age, that feels wonderful! Thank you Help Transportation!
