Carter Credit Union - Minden (LA)

1 /5 Yournamehere69: After this credit union did a conversion to a "new system ", my banking experience has got from 5 to 1. Online banking doesnt exist anymore, and the fees for banking with them have dramatically increased, which they used to be "free checking ". After not being able to pay my bills online and running a business and not being able to use both business and personal checking cards, I have 5 different cards since the conversion of November 4th November 8th, this credit union cannot workout the kinks of this conversion nor failed to help figure it out whats wrong, so they think its a card issue when its the problem and it is not. I dont recommend this credit union. 1 star from me.

1 /5 B KB: Worst bank in Minden la, if there System is down and you have money in the bank. You still can’t get it. You have to wait four days before they can get their stuff running. So bills late because of your bank lights out because of your bank WORST BANK EVER DO NOT USE TRUST SWITCHING BANKS ASAP, tried doing it but they said” we can’t even give you, your money till the service is up” F Carter bank ‼️ July 10th 2025

1 /5 Kelly Howard: Wish i could give it 0 stars WORST banking experience ever! There is no real tellers its all automated. The system is down 99.9% of the time. We cant access our account online when we want to. Our cards have been declined 3 times now because of system error.... Will defiantly be going to another bank as soon as we can!
