1 /5 Terri Love: Tracy, the manager, lied to me about the type of paperwork she accepts. Her printed card says to bring in a copy of your paystub. I printed a copy of my paystub at the public library. She said it was too small, so I suggested that she needed to use glasses to read it. She also could have enlarged it on her copier.. She said it needs to be larger because of her auditor. This was her personal opinion. I asked about her name and the owners name, which she refused to give me, stating i do not give out that personal information. I even asked for the corporate number, which she refused to give me. However, her card never said to bring a full sized copy of your paystub. I asked her if this was a personal choice or company policy. She answered incorrectly. The younger female told me to bring in copies, and I did just that. When I got there, Tracy was a bully and said she doesnt accept a particular size from screen shots, even though a person could read it legibly. Please do not use this service. Tracy refuses to adhere to the company policy and deliberately causes barriers to her lending services. I have been working in the legal field over 30 years, and the unprofessional behavior of Tracy with valuable consumers demonstra that she needs to find a different job. She is a barrier with rudeness because she is accustomed to mistreating people who are vulnerable.
