1 /5 Jody Gauthier: Very poor experience They called me a couples months ago said I would be approved since I borrowed with them before so October 13th which was a Friday I called before I went and the lady told me all I needed was my proof of address,social card,and my proof of income. When I get there lady in the front was being very helpful and had paperwork ready to go, but had an issue with my banking which had never changed from the last time I borrowed so she went get her boss out the back and instantly the lady from the back started being rude to me in front of her coworker and in front of other customers and steadily talking about how I was late on payment last time. I felt very embarrassed that other customers were having to experience her rudely and aggressive attitude with me. I had never felt so uncomfortable in a place of business that is there to help the public when in need. I finally just wanted to leave but she was saying no dont leave I guess realizing she messed up and was saying she could do some of the money but not full amount when I have proof of a job that well meets the needs. I had a very BAD experience and probably wont ever go to a Cash 2 U again because of it. My thoughts on it is The lady definitely needs to be reprimanded for it because who to say how many customers are turning away from her snappy and aggressive attitude therfore sales go down.
