1 /5 Sarah *: I’ve had insurance with State Farm for 20 years and never had issue until it was switch to agent Kyle Allen’s office. We have the drive safe benefits on our plan and have documented proof that it was monitoring our driving until recently got a bill claiming it was removed and they added $130 extra to our bill. We were given excuse after excuse as to why, all of them somehow our fault and not theirs. They couldn’t give a consistent answer as to when it was removed, we were told multiple dates, one of these dates included the date we got the car covered in the first place, yet somehow in the app and our bill showed the beacon was monitoring the whole time. They then claimed they were sending it up the chain to get answers and waited weeks to hear something. They then waited to let us know after reaching out to them multiple times and the payment was due and have now added additional fees because of that. My family has multiple cars, home, etc insurance with State Farm and of this is how they handle long time customers then I don’t recommend them for your insurance needs. At this point we have reached out to the BBB to try and get a resolution.
