Jacqui Hayes, NCC, LPC-SA Jewelry Fix is consistent with excellent customer service. I’ve met varying individual Ive that years and each of them have been easy to work with in that they listen to your wants & needs in order to be most effective in assisting with purchase. If they don’t have it… they can and will custom make a design of your choice, your vision come to life. I’m not there yet for getting this service but happy to know it’s an option. I’m their layaway and fix/repair existing jewelry customer, lol. They do an excellent job with both of those services!!

I was able to meet the owner while there and she helped me choose the best pieces for my event. I wear my jewelry daily.

Dylan Jung Excellent work! These fine folks repaired my grandads old watch thats been sitting in a drawer for 20 years and made it look good as new. Glad I was able to restore this family heirloom! Cant recommend them enough.

Blake Dean Outstanding customer service and care. I went to 2 different watch repair buisness’s for a very simple service, the hand of my watch fell off the watch because I dropped it. I have a vintage omega that runs beautifully and I simply wanted the hand put back on, the prior shops said I need to replace part xyz and wouldn’t put on the hand(very simple) unless I fully restored it and pay an unholy amount of $. Keep in mind the watch ran great before the drop and still does. I came to Micheal’s and explained the situation, they took my watch to the back and in quite literally less than 5 minutes put on the hand free of charge because the job was simple & the other shops tried screwing me over. It was an incredible gesture and I will now give my business to Micheal’s, I’m not promoting that their services are free but I’m simply stating the customer service and care is excellent. I did not anticipate a free service and In fact I tried paying the shop but they refused. I will be purchasing jewelry exclusively from here now because Micheal’s care about serving there customers. Hes willing to help you to find whatever youre looking for as well as offer additional jewels or introduce additional items that will definitely catch your attention. Edward Lute Went in today after having a rough time at another shop up the street. Was greeted and treated with respect and a will to help. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you guys again, definitely will be doing business again.
