I have been with the Allstate Insurance Company for a long time and this constant increase with premiums is an inconvenience as being a Senior Citizen an on fixed income please try to administer a validation

1 /5 Squirt6od 2k: I attempted to cancel my insurance & as many others, I don’t check my emails everyday as I get hundreds. I first called the office and was told all I had to do was to email them saying “my name is **** **** and I would like to cancel my insurance effective **/**/****.” I didn’t receive an email back for a couple days and I had forgotten to check to see what they said. Until 2 months later I am being bothered by a debt collector to collect my $500+ debt due to my insurance being cancelled for “non payment”. Instead of cancelling it like I requested the office allowed my bill to lapse and instantly sold my debt to a debt collector so I could not fight them directly for it. Pretty much I’m getting extorted by Jennifer Champagne’s Allstate firm for canceling my insurance with them & do not recommend their services.

5 /5 will logsdon: Jennifer is an amazing representative of All State. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and most of all friendly!! She could not have done anything better than she did. In an age of extremely poor customer service, it was so refreshing to speak to someone with manners and that had a friendly demeanor. I WILL be going to her for any future needs and I recommend you do the same!!
