Monesha Miller-Becnel I walked in and was in the store 5 minutes. I didn’t get a greeting or anyone asking if I needed help. Mind you, I’m the only one in the store. When you’re selling a costume jewelry bracelet at $20 at least make it worth it with customer service. I walked straight out and across to H&M. Don’t spend your money at places with rude people. It matches the pictures to a t. The designers chose beautiful stones and executed the design flawlessly. I couldnt ask for a more beautiful ring. The process was easy and quick too. Belinda was helpful and truly kind and made me feel secure in my purchase. They made the ring quickly and had it done within a month in time for my wedding! The pricing was very competitive.
