First South Farm Credit - Opelousas (LA)

5 /5 Thomas Primeaux: Had the opportunity to purchase some land. I am an avid AFR listener and hear Matt Mascona talking about First South on a daily basis. Called them and was blown away on how easy the process was. Total of maybe two phone calls and a couple of emails and the deal was done. Highly recommend. Plus when the interest rates drop they will reprice the loan so you don’t have to refinance. Pay $200 and they give you the lower interest rates the loan term stays the same.
