1 /5 Janine Williams: If I could give 0 stars, I would. After doing business with this company for about 7 years, this company failed to renew our flood policy on time costing us around $2500 to get a new policy with the same coverage — before this, it was only $958 annually. Then we later found out that Elite failed to timely refer us for other homeowners insurance when the insurers they carried had either filed bankruptcy or refused to write policies in our area. This failure may force us to seek insurance from the insurer of last resort in the state — the most expensive insurance that a homeowner could have with considerably less coverage. We have 3 homes in Louisiana that were “serviced” by Elite for years. But, it became apparent to us that Rachael (the broker) did not value our business and simply didn’t care about us at all. After 7 years, we felt that she cared only about her own profits and couldn’t be bothered to extend even common courtesies to us. She was actually quite rude and offered no apology. I am sorry to have to say, after referring many clients to her through the years, that, if you do business with this company, you do so at your own risk.
