1 /5 MM: Please do not use this business. They are awful. I tried contacting them multiple times (over multiple months) to resolve an issue with my auto insurance, and they still haven’t returned my calls. I had to go through them per the actual insurer as they are the broker. As a result I ended up paying a fine to be done with the situation. In a previous incident a year prior, I was trying to get new renters insurance (as my old insurance company left the state) and again they would not return my calls. I only got a response after telling the receptionist my insurance coverage was going to lapse because of them.
