1 /5 Angel Decker: Would not recommend. We’ve tried to get info from Ashley Hall on accounts that were placed with this advisor that hold our funds.. they will not return our calls.
A month later and no word about our money. They hold funds for my fathers estate which I am executor as well as my mothers estate which all heirs have been waiting for 4 months since court signed judgement of possession. Edward jones and this branch have dropped the ball.
7/17/24 Still NO response. Still NO action. This office is assisting an executor who is dragging her feet to continue to pay herself $350 per hour from an estate. Unethical. Do not use this office!
8/12/24 Still have not transferred stocks to estate that they belong to. Provided wrong documentation showing some stocks had been transferred that never were!
Will continue to update and document for further action.
