5 /5 Brock Mayeux: The most polite staff I have ever dealt with. I brought them our wedding bands and it has never looked or fit better than they do now. They are the only jewelry’s I will ever work with.

1 /5 Jake Nickens: I went in to have my wedding band engraved. They messed up the engraving and when I pointed out the mistake they said they dont really know how an engraving is going to turn out until after its done and that its at my own risk. They didnt reimburse me for the damaged ring or offer any other solutions. As they said its at my own risk so its my fault for trusting them with the job.

5 /5 Mike Crosbie: I know this sounds crazy and my wife thought I was. She needed a clasp on her boot repaired and the local shoe repair was closed on Monday. After I looked at it closer I thought it just needed a couple of small jewelry screws to reattach it. So traveling by DeLucas on our way home I decided to stop. I did this on April 1st and assured the young lady at the front desk it wasnt an April Fools joke. The employees could not have been friendlier. Instead of telling me they could not help me they took the boot found a screw that fit and repaired it. I would not by any means tell people to take their shoes to DeLucas for repair but when shopping for jewelry or jewelry repair I will certainly go to DeLucas. These people are unbelievably kind and generous. A refreshing shopping experience that seems to be rare these day.

5 /5 Leila Amina: Came in for jewelry cleaning services. The staff I worked with was delightful! Gave my earnings a beautiful shine! I hadnt been here before but will definitely be back. Their selection is impressive, atmosphere is chic, luxurious and comfortable. I was really impressed by the number of unique designs and rare stones as well as the ability to customize some of their offerings. One thing that really stood out was how sweet and helpful employees were even though I wasnt there to spend a whole lot of money. The staff was so enthusiastic and welcoming, this really made the whole business shine.

Miss Janet has helped me get through more Christmas present emergencies than I care to remember. You can go to DeLucas for the big gifts that keep the woman in your life happy or for the last minute party gift that you forgot until the last minute. They will take care of you either way. Excellent service, great prices and I have never given a gift that I got from here that did not make the receiver very, very happy.
