Lauren Major Tori & Rona have been very helpful for my refund of my ex wedding band. It was a hassle but they figured out the process kept me entertained with the purchase or my earrings and bracket. Thank you ladies for the service and keeping me laughing the entire visit here at Zales in Oakwood mall. I will be returning to have them help me for future purchases. Now I can feed my son lol!!! Kevin Bryant Went there Saturday had to great women help me with jewelry and coins, the sale prices on real fine jewelry was amazing the staff was great and knowledgeable and even showed me some of there favorite coins. Great location great staff amazing prices. I have been in hundreds of pawn shops this was one of the best experiences, will be passing by every time I am in Baton Rouge

During our visit we spoke with probably 6 different employees at different times for different reasons. Without exception they were intelligent/fast on the uptake & well spoken, genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It must be a great place to work & with a good boss to have collected so many outstanding employees. We both liked the shop and my wife could have shopped for a couple of hours. On the other hand, I never shop anywhere. I go to buy & get out. ... But I really like the shop! Go & enjoy!

They are one of the few places in town that will engrave pieces you bring in. They do machine, laser, and hand engraving. They can emboss Bibles and books. They are associated with jewelers who can custom create anything you can dream up. My engagement ring is beautiful.
