1 /5 Samuel Cloessner: Son went here to buy an gun, asked Me to come look with him. Found one he and I felt was a good one for him to hunt with. At that point they decided not to sell it to him because I was there with him looking. Mind you am a hunter too with my own guns. First one we was going to buy was an 400. Gun. The next one we wanted was a 1100. There was not one sign we did any thing wrong. They just up and decided not to sell him the gun. On top of that the person handling the guns kept pointing them at us. Made us nervous, but that person was nice enough, just ignorant. Of gun safety. And nearly all guns were off safety! This was just a bad bad experience. I dont plan on going back. update: I was never asked for my ID. I am perfectly fine with owning a gun. like I said before.

1 /5 Beau Fasho: The staff seemed very unfriendly, offering me some ridiculously low price on a brand name wallet with receipt from Louis Vuitton. Tried to question authenticity. I asked about my my Milwaukee drill they insisted I had a charger and battery, went get those from my car and they didn’t even inspect my tool and just said $40 when the battery alone is over $100. I wasn’t even trying to sell the items just needed a loan to do some repairs on my vehicle. Quite frankly they didn’t seem like they wanted to do business with me from the get go. Will never return to this establishment. Staff seemed to be very defensive from the start. The store itself was very tidy but the people behind the counter were short and dismissive. 0/10 customer service WILL NOT BE RETURNING

5 /5 A D: The Chads in Deridder is by far the best pawn shop I have ever been to. The store manager Kat has wonderful customer service and was very kind and patient. Wyatt and Micah were very kind as well. Their prices are amazing, the store is clean and organized. Always love coming in getting a good deal on whatever I am looking for!

The prices are all displayed very plainly on everything. Chads is the cleanest and most organized pawn shop we have ever visited. Highly recommend.
