They ban people of color and low income from being able to enter the casino or the truck stop for minor infractions. Yes some behaviors warrant administrating such tactics however; there are ones like mine that have BANNED ME FROM ENTERING THE CASINO FOREVER. 15 years ago I MISTAKENLY cashed in an expired coupon for $10. When I was told about it I quickly remitted the $10 in cash to the casino. This happened in 2-3 days later. However, after seeking admission back into the casino after these 15 years, I was told that the head manager agreed with the decision to continue my ban. Yet when I spoke with Mr. Judd over the phone he said that if he banned everyone who had an expired coupon; he wouldn’t have any customers. He told me to speak with manager Mark (described as a Christian and kind hearted man), assuming he wouldn’t be so difficult to deal with for this old, reimbursed venue to allow my reentry into the casino. Yet Mark , being fed bull by.2 female casino workers who don’t like me at all. They have made it their express duty to tell any new manager the story of my banning so that the ban will remain year after year and manager after manager. No I wouldn’t recommend!
