Ms. Brenda and Mr. Donnie were very Professional and down to earth in helping me purchase my Omega Seamaster. I walked in and was greeted and escorted to the back to see the watches on display. Mr Donnie also taylor made the watch strap to fit my wrist which made it feel more personal. After the purchase I noticed a screw was a little loose in the strap, I followed up with Mr Donnie and he took care of me and said just come right in and Ill take care of it for you, its been a year since then and the watch has been solid and Ive had no issues with it. I have gotten many compliments on the watch and I highly recommend doing business with these people!

I walked into the store without an appointment, hoping they could help me out. The staff was incredibly welcoming and understanding, and despite being busy, they made my repair a priority. The jeweler carefully assessed the damage and assured me they could fix it on the spot. Within a short time, my necklace was as good as new, and I was able to wear it for my event. I was blown away by the level of customer service and the genuine care they showed in making sure I was taken care of. While waiting I was browsing their large and beautiful selection of fine jewelry and will definitely return when I have more time to shop. This kind of dedication to customer satisfaction is rare, and I cant recommend Boudreaux’s enough.
