5 /5 DTBLEE: The culture character of this store is unmatchable. Just before Christmas I had my wifes wedding set fixed. We were charged multiple times when we paid. I called and didnt have any problems getting one of the charges refunded, but was told the system wouldnt let the other charge be refunded. The manager hand delivered the payment along with a few small items for our troubles. Honest and mistakes happen but it shows the true character in how they were able to handle this and make things right.

5 /5 A.M. P.: Wonderful store to buy gifts for yourself, your friends and your home. Quality items all around. They can also monogram goblets for gifts for Mardi Gras royalty and jewelry boxes. I’m sure they can monogram must anything they sell in the store, I believe it’s done in house. The jewelry is very beautiful and prices are reasonable for the high quality. The staff is nice and the owners are even nicer. If you need to buy a gift you WILL find a spectacular and memorable gift here. The recipient will be pleased and happy. We have never been displeased with anything we have purchased here. That’s saying a lot because these days, it’s hard to find a store that consistently sells high quality items. Thibodaux is very lucky to have this shop, saves a trip to New Orleans or Baton Rouge.
