Gordon Hutchinson I have dealt with Odyssey Jewelers for all my jewelry needs for decades. They are a small, family owned store. The selection in-store is not like the big boxes, but they are artisans, and can create and design anything you like--and their prices are always more than fair--they try to please their customers. I have had numerous custom pieces designed and created by them after consultation, and the pieces have always been beautiful. If you are looking for an excellent price on a stone, recrafting an old piece, or simply shopping for that special piece for that special someone, you owe it to yourself to drop in this small, family-oriented jewelry store. They have a gemologist on staff, and can make fair appraisals on almost any jewelry you can bring in.

Blake Dean Outstanding customer service and care. I went to 2 different watch repair buisness’s for a very simple service, the hand of my watch fell off the watch because I dropped it. I have a vintage omega that runs beautifully and I simply wanted the hand put back on, the prior shops said I need to replace part xyz and wouldn’t put on the hand(very simple) unless I fully restored it and pay an unholy amount of $. Keep in mind the watch ran great before the drop and still does. I came to Micheal’s and explained the situation, they took my watch to the back and in quite literally less than 5 minutes put on the hand free of charge because the job was simple & the other shops tried screwing me over. It was an incredible gesture and I will now give my business to Micheal’s, I’m not promoting that their services are free but I’m simply stating the customer service and care is excellent. I did not anticipate a free service and In fact I tried paying the shop but they refused. I will be purchasing jewelry exclusively from here now because Micheal’s care about serving there customers. Frances Kerr I stopped by to look for an unusual engagement ring. I had my ring resized while I shopped around and they are amazing. The work was done same day, in like 2 hours and was very affordable. I was worried about the intricate design, but the transition is flawless. You cant even tell it was altered. Great work! Im definitely going back to buy engagement sets for me and the soon to be hubby! Thanks so much for the amazing service.

Grace and the Elgin team allowed me to customize and create my fiancés dream ring with no hesitation and were not trying to sway me one direction or another. I reached out to them with a specific request: I was looking for an item that was showing as out of stock on their website. I wasnt sure if it was available anywhere else, but Paul and Cortnie went above and beyond to help. They took the time to check their retail locations for any available stock and worked with me to find a solution. Their dedication to helping me find what I needed was truly impressive. After receiving my order, I had another request and once again, their customer service was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive to my emails and quickly shipped the additional items I needed.
