We were from out of town and they called and texted me when it was ready. The service was beyond my expectations. I will definitely be visiting again!

I also needed to design and purchase a set of earrings. As soon as I walked into Baileys I was greeted with a smile and warmth. Ive mostly been helped by Cindy who has been so helpful through the whole process. My trust in Jewelers had been shattered due to the previous Jeweler that we wont mention, but Baileys has restored my faith. There truly are honest, faithful people out there that will care for your jewelry like you do. 5 /5 Smith Donna (Boo): Bailey’s is Absolutely The best Jewelry Store , their staff is always friendly and helpful and kind,, nice clean environment,, ,, hands down the best. they relaxed a diamond for me with my wedding ring now u cnt even tell whr it was out at. it is absolutely beautiful. also they took 3 links out of a chocolate diamond tennis bracelet an made me a pair of beautiful chocolate diamond earrings and now they are makin me a chocolate diamond nose ring. the staff always make me feel welcome when i come in!! their work is brilliant and amazing!! i completely trust bailey’s jewelry with my jewelry,, Thank you Baileys to the staff and Gary for making my jewelry absolutely spectacular
