1 /5 Greg R: Ive lived in nola for 20 years without visiting this place until just last week. Honestly, I should have waited another 20 years. The front door is a prison yard, requiring more security clearance than visiting a bank deposit box. The manager (mean and grumpy) met us wearing what can be best described as a moo-moo. She immediately pushed us off on an employee who was also dressed poorly and spent more time complaining about his iPad than actually attempting to make a sale. Neither employee or manager knew anything about mens rings. The best they could do was muttle through website menus to show us how to order something at full retail price. This was basically followed by "do you want them or not?" They have zero inventory to actually show. Save yourself the hassle and find what you want on line, because thats all this store is about. The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional, and very poorly dressed. This is supposed to be high-end jeweler, not a pawn shop. We went back to Old Metairie where the stores are run by professionals and happy to have a paying client.
